About Us
Hi, I’m Luke, I’m the founder of Odyssey Health and Fitness.
Gyms can be intimidating. Everyone else is better than you, fitter than you, younger than you, have their life together more than you do. There are mirrors everywhere. And everyone’s watching you. Judging you.
I’ve been in the industry for 12 years. I’m a fitness coach, I’m in good shape. I still get anxious going into the big commercial gyms like Fitness First.
I created Odyssey to be the exact opposite of that.
Small. Friendly. Supportive. A safe environment.
For us, it’s not a numbers game. It’s not about who can lift the most, or who looks best in their gym gear.
It’s about you. About helping you regain strength, fitness, energy and confidence – in a way which works for you and the life you lead.

With all this data, we’re ready to start mapping your journey. You get a personalised plan which covers strength, mobility, nutrition guidance, and support around lifestyle.

We’re not chasing some mythical goal of perfection – instead we focus on the journey. On real-life solutions, so you can train consistently and make progress – and build lasting habits so you keep making progress.
We also want to be sure that you want to work with us. That’s why we offer a two-week trial with 4 scheduled sessions for just $49.

Every fitness coach at Odyssey is aligned to our values and our approach
Our coaches haven’t simply completed a 6 week course to get their basic PT certification. We look for fitness trainers with additional relevant qualifications. That means knowledge and experience in the specific areas we specialise in – postpartum, menopause and injury rehabilitation.
We’re about health as well, not just fitness. At Odyssey, your community includes not just personal trainers, but a range of other health specialists.
Our favourite and trusted physiotherapist, chiropractor, endocrinologist and dietitian can give you individual support if you need it. But they do more than that. They provide monthly talks for all our members, so you can learn all you need about sleep, posture, hormones, nutrition and so on.
