All sessions are 1-on-1, tailored to your needs and taken at your pace. Our personal trainers have specialist training in menopause fitness, so they know how to support you.

 

You’ll also have regular scans to track progress towards goals, and so that we can adjust your program if necessary.

Odyssey Health and Fitness Coaching caters specifically for older men and women, as well as those going through major life changes like postpartum recovery.

 

We don’t have the wall-to-wall mirrors, loud music and judgmental eyes you’ll find in major gym chains. Instead we focus on you and your needs.

 

Your health is just as important as your fitness. We recognise that, and work with several trusted health specialists to look after the complete you. Whether you need individual treatment or not, we welcome you to our regular information sessions. So you can learn about and keep up with the latest in nutrition, rest, recovery and more. We work closely with an endocrinologist who can advise about hormonal changes and options.

Start with a 2-week trial

Our trial includes two assessment sessions –a full body Evolt scan and a movement analysis, as well as discussion of your lifestyle and your goals – after which we create a plan tailored to your needs. Your first two 1-on-1 coaching sessions are also included, so you can experience the full Odyssey approach.

 

Naturally we’d love you to continue your menopause exercise program with us after the trial, but you can choose to train alone or to work with someone else. It’s about you making the right choices for you.
