Our fitness centre is a safe and comfortable space, free from comparison and judgemental eyes.
As a member of our community, you’ll be invited to regular education sessions on all aspects of health. Trusted partners in health (chiro, physio, dietitian etc) share their insights to help you eat, sleep, move and live better. It’s also a great chance to meet other members, including many new mums.
Your personal trainer will continue to work with you 1-on-1. You’ll have regular Evolt body scans, to monitor progress and to adjust your postpartum training if required.
